At WISEBarre & Pilates,

We believe, "If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you." This philosophy is at the core of every class, guiding our approach to movement and growth.

 

We blend the principles of Barre, Pilates, yoga, strength training, and ballet conditioning to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each class is designed to be both accessible and effective, encouraging you to listen to your body while pushing beyond your comfort zone to continually improve.

Every session focuses on proper posture and breathing techniques, including belly and lateral breathing, to enhance body awareness and control. Mindful movement, centering, and precision take priority over repetition, ensuring that each movement is both intentional and impactful.

Strength from the Core

Inspired by Joseph Pilates' belief that a strong core—or “powerhouse”—is essential for a healthy body, WISE Barre integrates core conditioning and strengthening techniques to improve posture, stability, and overall balance. Through a combination of discipline and fluid movement, our classes help you build a foundation of strength while moving with grace and intention.

- Shoes are not allowed except in the spin room. Grip socks (yoga socks) are available for purchase in our boutique.

- If you are new to a class, especially spin, please show up 10-15 minutes before the class starts so we can set up the correct bike fit and discuss any questions or health concerns. 

​

- Please arrive on time; we give a 5-minute grace period. 

​

- Bottled water and towels are available at the front. Water is $1. 

​

- If you are pregnant, a note from your doctor clearing you to exercise is required to take the class

​

Classes require at least two participants. If fewer sign up, we’ll notify you in advance and help you reschedule or find another option!

“Late and No Show policy”

- There is a 2-hour cancellation policy on all regularly scheduled classes.

- There is a $10 fee for a no-show or not canceling 3 hours before class. The fee will be waived if there is an emergency, injury, illness, etc.

- If you miss a class, please cancel any other classes you scheduled ahead of time so you are not charged for them.
